Our Champagne service is designed for those on a lemonade budget.
We understand that every wedding is unique, that's why we offer tailored decor solutions to match your vision. From elegant chair covers to stunning light displays.
We are based in Plymouth. We have provided chair covers and backdrops throughout Devon and Cornwall for many years.
Our services
Here at Rose Mays, we specialise in providing stunning chair covers and sashes that will elevate the aesthetics of your wedding venue.
Our extensive range of styles, fabric and colours ensures that you can find the perfect match for your theme.
Each cover is meticulously cleaned, and our sashes are pressed the day before to ensure a flawless presentation.
Dressing service
Our dressing service will ensure your venue is dressed to perfection, leaving you to enjoy your special day without the stress of setup and dismantle.
Our team will liaise with your venue and or wedding planner every step of the way, ensuring everything perfect for your big moment.
We understand that numbers may fluctuate, as stressful as that may be, we allow number changes up to 14 days before your wedding.
After the celebration, we will take care of dismantling allowing you to focus on your memories of the day before.
D.I.Y Service
Our D.I.Y service is perfect for those on a smaller budget.
We will provide the chair covers along with the pressed sashes, of your choice. Ready for you to dress your venue.
Collection can be up to 2 days before your wedding, return must be no later than 2 days after.
No need for cleaning them, we will take care of that.
Magical Twinkle Light Displays
Create a magical atmosphere with our enchanting twinkle light displays.
Our backdrops, cake and top table skirts are available in white. They are available with white or multi coloured lights, both of which have many different twinkle settings.
Add a little extra with our mood with our up lights, these also come in many different settings for you to choose from. These displays will transform your venue into a dreamy setting. Our team will be happy to help you select the perfect lighting solution to complement your wedding decor.
Unfortunately we do not offer our Backdrop or table skirts with our D.I.Y service.
FAQ
- How much do the chair covers cost?
Our chair covers start at just £2.25 this will include an organza sash.
we also stock satin, lace and taffeta sashes at an extra cost.
- Can we meet in person?
Of course, we are happy to meet at our office or your venue.
We actually recommend face to face appointments.

- Do we need pay up front?
No. We ask for a £30.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of
booking. This will lock your day in and will be deducted from
your final total. We also offer the option to pay in instalments.
- What is the difference in price between D.I.Y and Dressing service?
D.I.Y begins at £1.50 per chair, sash price is dependant on
material selection. Everything will be ready for you to collect
so you can dress your own chairs.
Our dressing option may carry a travel fee depending on your venue
location.
Dressing for up to 60 chairs has no extra charge. Over 60 chairs
is £15.00. Over 100 chairs is £15.00 and so on.
